Welcome home! Stephen works with clients as a team to advocate, educate and help our clients build equity and equality in the home market. Stephen is a native of the East Coast but made the move to Emerald City seven years ago after falling in love with its beauty and lifestyle. After attending Florida State University and 20 plus years working in sales, marketing, and customer service, Stephen started two successful businesses in the pet industry.

 

Moving to the gorgeous South Sound has inspired his passion for helping others live their best life in a home and community here. This passion coupled with his business acumen, housing market insights, negotiating, and marketing skills allows Stephen to serve and advocate for residents in the home buying/selling processand help them build generational wealth.

 

His love of real estate, architecture, and our community make him a trusted resource to represent the many different people and properties across this great state. Stephen utilizes smart and effective marketing strategies and state-of-the-art data tools to best deliver the next level of service to his clients.

 

When not helping home buyers/sellers, Stephen enjoys advocating for shelter animals and donating time to the K-9 cancer foundation, playing fetch on the beach with his dachshund, Otto, and French Bulldog, Milo, golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife, an educator in the community.
